I've had the privilege of working across many different areas of business and personal life. I've spent much of my career working alongside CEOs and senior leaders, often as the “person behind the person”, but I'm equally comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership and making things happen myself.
I've been at the centre of complex, fast-moving environments, developing my breadth as a generalist, sharpening my strategic thinking and communication skills, making decisions, delegating, solving problems and keeping important things moving.
My strength is seeing the bigger picture, asking questions, making connections and joining the dots between people, information and ideas, often borrowing thinking from one world and applying it to another.
I’ve been a confidant and sounding board, trusted with highly sensitive and confidential matters where judgement and discretion matter as much as getting the job done.
My experience spans global and FTSE 100 companies, large, complex matrix organisations, smaller businesses, start-ups, founders and private individuals, including UHNW clients. I’ve lived and worked internationally, across countries and cultures, and alongside people from an unusually broad mix of industries and disciplines — expanding what I know, how I think and what I can turn my hand to.
I’m naturally methodical and systematic, but also curious and creative. I’m commercially minded and strategic, and endlessly interested in better ways of doing things, including how technology and AI can make work and life simpler.
I take my work seriously. My sense of humour, too!
